Compile a list of local and international experts relevant to advancing Thailand’s Carbon Neutrality and achieving Net Zero greenhouse gas emissions, and foster partnerships among universities, governmental and non-governmental organizations, and international entities to enhance the feasibility and pace of Thailand’s transition towards Net Zero greenhouse gas emissions.

Develop partnerships to address issues, transfer knowledge and innovation, and build necessary skills among personnel in key sectors such as electricity system transformation, energy efficiency, sustainable bioenergy, circular economy, agriculture and livestock, as well as policy and transition management.

Serve as a hub for gathering individuals with knowledge, understanding, and expertise in greenhouse gas emission reduction.
