The objective of developing cooperation with international institutions and suitable individuals is to enhance the capabilities of the partnership in areas crucial for development and project implementation. This includes collaborating on essential activities that require expertise to bolster capable institutions within this group. Potential collaborators may include the National Renewable Energy Lab (NREL) of the United States Department of Energy, The Power & Energy Society of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE PES), the Global Power System Transformation Consortium (GPST), the French Agricultural Research Centre for International Development (CIRAD), INP Grenoble in France, Kyoto University in Japan, and the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in Australia. Additionally, cooperation may be established with international agencies capable of supporting the project’s operations, such as the ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE), ADB, USAID, and GIZ.
