JGSEE-CEE is pleased to congratulate Prof. Shabbir H. Gheewala and his team in LCSAL for receiving the 2016 NSTDA Research Chair Grant in relation to his research project on “Network for Research and Innovation for Trade and Production of Sustainable Food and Bioenergy”. This research grant aims for 1) Strengthen the teamwork between students, researchers and senior researchers; 2) Collaboration between academic sector and productive, service or society; and 3) Research study with high impact on economic or society.
On 14 October 2016, the representatives, led by Prof. Dr. Pasit Alittapongarnpim, from NSTDA visited JGSEE-CEE for discussion and exchange some ideas. On this occasion, Prof. Dr. Shabbir H Gheewala presented the plan of the project, then followed by the visit of the delegation to the LCSAL lab.
